I know I know

It has been longer than a day and I promised pictures! I tried to upload them one-by-one from our mac but it is NOT working. I will have to wait until we get to Abilene so I can get back on livewriter. It's a lot easier that way anyways...All the pics at once!

I thought I would tell everyone what Brennen learned the past couple of days while I went to Abilene to clean out the house and he stayed with Grammie, Stephy & Grandma.

My mom was going to put on her pajamas. Brennen was adamant on going in the room with her so she didn't think anything about it. She took off her shirt trying to turn her back to Brennen.
Brennen: Grammie, what's that???
Mom trying to avoid the subject hurries and puts on her shirt and is like what?
Brennen: That right there and is pointing
Mom: it's my titty!
Brennen: like a titty baby? (We are really big on babies right now b/c of Steph & Avery).
Mom: Brennen, who has called you a titty baby?
Brennen without even thinking: "T".

"T" has called everyone a titty baby for as LONG as I can remember. I remember her calling me one! So now Brennen thinks you have titty babies! HAHA I told them he was wayyy confused b/c you should call them boobies!

For the past couple of days Brennen has decided that pants are called panties! I tried to explain to him that they are Pants, that boys wear underwear underneath and girls wear panties. He was sooo strong that they were called panties so I had given up. About a week later we are getting ready one morning and he looked at me and goes, these are my pants, not panties. I said yes that's right they are pants. He goes ya girls wear panties and I'm not a girl! Too funny! I said is Mommy a girl? Yes Is Brennen a girl? No Is Braeden a girl? No Is daddy a girl? Yes...HAHA I had to explain that mommy was the only girl. And I still think he is confused!

Have I mentioned we are moving! YAY!! We found a house in Abilene and are moving this week! I decided to make a short trip down before we left for Florida to get all our stuff. I wanted to bleach everything! Ya I'm a freak, but I can't stand others germs! :) We hope to leave for FL on Saturday and be back by Monday. It's going to be a LONG 3 days so the boys are going to stay with Nanny. It's the longest I have ever left the boys and it's a little scary!!

When I was leaving I was trying to tell the boys that I had to run to Abilene and would be back the next day. I had to take a refrigerator so they were all excited. I told them I was taking the refrigerator to Abilene and they both automatically said to Addi's house??? I had to explain that we had our own house in Abilene and Addi had her own house. Brennen looks at me and asked if it was for Mommy and Braeden and Brennen AND DADDY! I told him yes and he said even daddy??? He was sooo excited! The boys are getting really good at putting 2 and 2 together! We have been talking a LOT about moving and how we will go to a different school. I keep trying to explain that we will be at school with Addi and we will make new friends. I ask them if they are excited and they scream YES but I'm still worried. I don't know how they will do with all the changes coming at once! I can't believe how much their mind is changing once we turned 3! It's crazy.

We have worked on potty training since October. Ya 6 LONNNNNGGGGG months of frustration. Both the boys have been accident free since their 3rd birthday, until today! Braden had 3 accidents 3!!! I'm starting the think he does it to punish me! He was doing soooo good so I don't know what it will be like tomorrow or when I leave for 3 days!

Ok, lots of mumbo jumbo but we are busy busy right now and I wanted to get everything in writing that I could think of! Pictures will come as sooooon as we get internet working in Abilene!

Updates Updates Updates

Yes I think I have trumped myself for being the worst blogger ever. It has been almost 3 months and I honestly don't know where it went. We were extremely busy during the holidays. I thought it would be a good idea to spend most of the months of December and January with Beau in San Antonio. This was also with lots of car trips back and forth to watch Chance play basketball. The month of February was spent watching basketball games Tuesdays and Fridays, taking Phlebotomy night classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and looking for a house in Abilene to rent on the weekend. Who knew how competitive the rental market in Abilene would be..And it just so happens that this is PCS season meaning there are lots of new people coming onto the base on Abilene. We found something the last weekend of February. Not exactly what we wanted but it is a nice house and we are only renting so in a year if we are 100% staying in Abilene we will buy or build something that we really want. I can deal with a year with the microwave from 1970..Or at least I keep telling my self that...That microwave might get replaced really soon! Although it was awesome to be together again with Beau and as a family, it came with a bunch of stuff not getting done...Like blogging! Without the boys in day-care led to my school work taking a lot longer and into the weekends. I have 18 hours of classes this semester along with 8 in the summer and I'll officially have my Bachelors of Organizational Management. I'm not sure if I'll try for nursing school or not. I'm really tired of school, but not sure if I'll ever enjoy an office job again like I did with Sprint. It's hard going back to something you loved after it ended pretty bad with the whole company buy-out stuff. Anyways..I'm setting a March Revolution...To be a better blogger! He are a few random pic's of 2009 that never made the blog, but sure did capture my heart!

Our New Addition...

To our Family.

Meet Zoe! The boys have begged me for a puppy every since they could say puppy. I have put if off and put it off until I found Miss Zoe! She has been awesome. She was 9 months old when we got her. It was a present for the boys birthday. I really thought she would be scared of the boys but she took right up to them and would rather sit with them and play with them. It amazes me how calm she is..We got very lucky and have really enjoyed our new addition. Minus when she escapes the smallest of holes in the back yard. =]

Braeden and Brennen Turn 3

WOW! I can't even believe I just typed 3..Did I really say my kids are 3?? It is amazing to me how time flies by. I remember the day we find out that we were pregnant, the day the blood test confirmed, my first sonogram at 8 weeks telling me it was TWINS, my many doctor appointments to ensure they were healthy, all the prayers that I had just to let me get them into this world. I made it to 33 weeks and became very uncomfy with my pregnancy due to my size. Some speak of being huge..To me that is an understatement, I was GIGANTIC! By this time I went to my doctor every other day for scheduled appointments and begged him to deliver. He pushed me to go further and further. One day, out of the blue he caved and said let's do a amnio and see how the lungs look. I was 34 weeks along and both amnio's came back that the boys lungs were matured. He assured me that this didn't mean that they would go straight to NICU, but it was about to POP and with my placenta previa it was best to have a scheduled c-section. The day is all too clear to me. I woke up and ate an early breakfast with Terri, Steph and Beau. My last calm breakfast before the trying to eat feeding a baby or holding one while they cried. Everything that I love about my kids but those moments that you sometimes wonder what you did with your life before kids. We went home and got everything ready to be at the hospital around 2. At 6:46 and 6:47 on February 22, 2007 the two most amazing miracles came into this world with not a single thing wrong with them. They were perfect. Beau and my mom got to hold them in the OR and since we knew one of the nurses they allowed my mom to video and take pictures of the delivery. It's one thing that I will cherish forever! Beau got to walk the sweet boys out of the delivery room straight to the well-baby nursery. This was one thing that we never thought would be possible, we believed it would only be a miracle and that miracle happened. Three days later I was released from the hospital along with both my babies. So many moms of multiples do not get this luxury and I was blessed to never have to step foot into the NICU or hurt and cry for my babies to grow to be strong enough to leave. They got to go home with me. Three years how it has flown by. I don't ever remember 3 years going by so fast in my life. Maybe it is because this year has been a busy one with me trying to finish my degree or maybe the more fun you have the faster time goes. I don't know but I sure need to stop and enjoy each second because I will blink again and they will be 18 and leaving for college. =[ Ok let's hope that doesn't fly by!

Sea World

While in San Antonio visiting Beau the week before Christmas we got to take the boys to SeaWorld. It was amazing. We had Shamu-Claus and all. It was great spending the time as a family of 4. We love our extended family but it's also nice to be crammed into Beau's little 1 bedroom apartment and just spend days as a family. It's something that we all miss and will get to experience again real soon.

Christmas 2009

We had an amazing Christmas times six this year. Yup that's right 6 Christmas celebrations in 3 days. It was really busy and then we headed to San Antonio for a week to spend with Beau. The boys finally got to play with all their toys a few weeks after Christmas. My camera is half-way dead so I have pictures from here and there. I need to get them all together and will post some soon.
